Welcome to Clarkston Fitness.  We have been in the Clarkston Community since 2014. We offer Functional Fitness classes, team training and athlete training.  We are very involved with the Clarkston Athletics including Softball and Wrestling programs.  We work with people of all ages.  We would love to help you with your fitness goals and welcome you into our fitness family.

Unlimited Monthly Membership
Each class is coached by a certified trainer. Classes are formatted each day with a strength component that builds a solid foundation, accessory movements that give us that “toned” look and every workout is specifically designed to impact cardiovascular health without grueling high intensity training to preserve longevity in the gym. Every workout can be modified to fit your fitness level. You will never be bored and won’t do the same workout twice!

Classes are Monday-Friday 5:30 am, 8:30 am and 5:30 pm

Teen/Athlete Membership

Whether your teen just wants to exercise to be healthy or you have an athlete who’s training for a sport. We have specific programming and high level coaching for them. Safety and form are huge with kids as they are developing their bodies and working out in the environment at Clarkston Fitness supports just that.


Sports Specific Team Training
Team Sports training: At Clarkston Fitness, the youth of our communtity means the world to us. There is no better way to demostrate this than taking a team and mentor them to bring out their best athletic ability as a whole. We concentrate on making better human beings, as well as better athletes. We focus on strength, conditioning as well as incorporating high intensity work outs, to take it to the next level.  Our teams become our family as well as leading athletes in the State of Michigan.
